'Basically Useful’ a company designed to teach practical life skills to both children and adults - giving Independence & Confidence. Children will learn to cook a variety of healthy meals, develop sewing skills, create invitations, learn and practice communication skills.

 Course Contentskills

  • Basically Sweet Treats – Chocolate Meringue, éclairs – Choux pastry, cookies.
  • Basically Savory – Healthy nutritious meals to include; Stir fry Noodles, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Spanish Tortilla, Chili Con Carne and sweet potato wedges
  • Dining – The table
  • Social – Introductions & communication.
  • Basically Crafts – Sew an Easter Chick & handmade invitations
  • Party & Presentation on final evening with parents
